I Sign Up a New Distribuitor On My MLM Business: – What To Do Next?
Day 1) PARTNER TOGETHER WITH NEW DISTRIBUITOR
Enrollment appointment: Help New Distribuitor choosing his start package. Then you should do a backoffice walkthrough together. Teach him where to find training and how to place an order. Give him at least one product for him to start taking it before his order arrive. If products are related to health you should take him a picture for him to see the differences after some days/weeks and to build belief with their prospects later on!
Set a new appointment to next day to help him make his list of prospects, appointments and goal setting.
Day 2) Making The New Distribuitor Contact List and his Goal Setting
Ask your New Distribuitor why he joined this MLM business and then help him setting his own goals. What he want to earn in 30 days, 90 days and one year minimum. Help him make a list of 100 people minimum. Ask him informations about his prospects and set a date for his MLM Business Launching and make 10 invitation calls with him to the hottest prospect.
Teach him on how to invite people. Be present or make 3 way calls on his firsts exposures to the business.
Day 3) His Order has arrived!
Everything is ready for the official launching of his New MLM Business. This is a simple way to get their business and products in front of a lot of people at once! He can invite the best prospects on his list to come to the grand opening. Teach him to send out invitations and teach him in how to make the follow up a day or two before the event with a text reminding. Teach him to encourage guests to bring a friend.
If they are local, I will do the event! If they are long distance, i’ll do the presentation via skype or in a webinar room.! If i cant be present physically i teach him how to put computer in the TV with good sound for everybody can hear me. I tell him to give samples of the products for his guests and i do all the rest of the work online. For the people interested in business i set up a 3 way call one or two days after.
Day 4) Make Sure New Distribuitor Keep Invitting
This is what keeps MLM Business growing but some people don’t wanna do it because they are afraid of rejection. I make sure he is reaching out twoo new people every day at least ! I make sure he set up calls, coffees or events with me! I will stay in touch regularly in the first month to ask him about his progress and help him close prospects and making new business exposures events.
Day 5) KEEP THEM PLUGGED INTO SYSTEMS:
I try to keep him plugged into calls. I set up calls 2 times in a week for all team.
I try to keep him plugged into meetings. I set up local meetings monthly minimum and quarterly recognition events!
